Apple’s move to form its own ARM-based chips could make MacBooks cheaper, supported a replacement analysis.

The analyst outfit explained that Apple will start mass-producing its own in-house designed chips for Macs within the half of 2021, with Apple Silicon Macs expected within the last half of the year. meaning cheaper MacBooks might be but a year away.
